This policy explains cancellations, credits and refunds for DryAudio.com.
1. Subscription renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation normally remains effective at the end of the paid billing period.
2. Monthly credits
Unless your plan states otherwise, 100 credits are issued after each successful monthly renewal. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and do not constitute stored money. Unused credits expire at the end of the applicable period unless the plan expressly provides rollover.
3. Used credits and processed files
A credit is considered used when processing begins or resources are committed. Once audio has been processed or partially processed, the digital service has begun and the used credit is not refundable or exchangeable merely because the result is not preferred, a file is rejected by a third party or the customer no longer needs it.
4. When we may provide a remedy
For a verified duplicate charge, unauthorized payment or a verified fault within DryAudio that prevents delivery of a usable output, contact support promptly. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be a rerun, restored credit, correction or refund. External outages, unsupported source files, user settings and third-party platform decisions do not automatically qualify.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights. Paddle, as merchant of record where applicable, may handle refunds and payment disputes under its buyer terms and legal obligations.
6. Abuse
Fraudulent refund requests, chargeback abuse or attempts to retain outputs while reversing payment may result in account suspension, termination and forfeiture of remaining credits, subject to mandatory law.
