This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the DryAudio Terms of Service.
1. Rights required
Only upload material that you own or are authorized to process. You may not upload stolen, leaked, pirated or unlawfully obtained recordings, stems, vocals, samples or other material.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, performer, voice or contractual infringement;
- fraud, impersonation, false ownership claims or deceptive provenance;
- attempts to bypass AI detection, Content ID, moderation, fraud controls, disclosures or platform rules;
- malware, harmful code, denial-of-service activity, probing or unauthorized security testing;
- bots, scraping, bulk automation, account sharing, quota bypassing or unauthorized resale;
- illegal threats, harassment, exploitation or other unlawful content;
- reverse engineering or extraction of protected service components except where mandatory law permits it.
3. Enforcement
We may reject files, limit processing, preserve necessary evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, remove credits and cooperate with lawful requests where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.
