This policy describes the limited role of DryAudio in processing AI-generated or AI-assisted audio.
1. Technical service only
DryAudio processes the file supplied by the user according to selected settings. It does not decide whether a work is AI-generated, original, lawful, copyrightable, distributable or eligible for royalties.
2. No affiliation or approval
DryAudio is not affiliated with or approved by Suno, Udio, Spotify, YouTube or other generators, DSPs, distributors or labels. Compatibility references do not imply endorsement.
3. No evasion promise
The service is not designed or offered to defeat AI-detection, provenance, fingerprinting, Content ID, moderation, disclosure or fraud-prevention systems. No output is guaranteed to avoid a label, match, review or platform action.
4. User obligations
Users must comply with generator licences, platform rules, disclosure duties and all third-party rights. Processing does not create ownership or cure a missing licence.
5. Model training
Private uploaded audio is not used to train a general-purpose generative music model unless a separate, explicit and informed opt-in is offered and accepted.
