Copyright Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

DryAudio is a temporary audio-processing service. Users are responsible for having all rights required for uploaded material.

1. Copyright warranty

By uploading a file, the user confirms ownership or valid permission covering the recording, composition, performance, voice, samples, stems, artwork and metadata. DryAudio does not grant sample, mechanical, synchronization, master, publishing, performer or distribution rights.

2. Notices

A rights holder may send a notice to copyright@dryaudio.com containing: identification of the protected work; identification of the allegedly infringing material or account; contact details; a good-faith statement; a statement that the information is accurate and the sender is authorized; and a signature or equivalent confirmation.

3. Response

Because files are temporary, material may already have been deleted when a notice is received. We may suspend processing, preserve limited evidence where lawful, request more information, notify the user, terminate repeat infringers or comply with valid legal orders. We do not adjudicate ownership disputes.

4. False notices

Do not submit knowingly false or misleading notices. The sender is responsible for their statements and any resulting liability.
