Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit or use DryAudio.com. DryAudio.com is the public-facing brand of Loopsbox B.V..

1. Data controller

Loopsbox B.V. is the legal data controller for personal data processed to operate DryAudio.com, except where a provider such as Paddle acts under its own role and privacy terms.

2. Data we may process

  • Account data: name, email address, authentication records and account settings.
  • Purchase data: plan, transaction identifiers, subscription status, invoices and limited billing information received from Paddle. We do not need to store full payment-card details.
  • Service data: uploaded audio, selected processing settings, generated files, job status and usage allowances.
  • Support data: messages, attachments and information you send to support.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, security events and diagnostic logs.
  • Cookie data: information described in the Cookie Policy.

3. Why and on what basis we use data

We process data to perform our contract with you, provide audio processing and downloads, manage accounts and subscriptions, respond to support requests and deliver purchased functionality.

We also process limited data where necessary for legitimate interests such as service security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, troubleshooting and product reliability, and where required to meet legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations. Where consent is legally required for optional cookies or marketing, we rely on consent.

4. Audio files

Audio is processed only to provide the requested DryAudio functionality, maintain security and resolve technical incidents. DryAudio does not claim ownership of uploaded audio.

We do not use private uploaded audio to train general-purpose generative-AI models unless we first introduce a separate, explicit opt-in and explain it clearly. We do not sell uploaded audio.

5. File retention and deletion

Uploaded and generated audio is temporary and is normally deleted up to 7 days. A file may be deleted earlier after download or job completion. Limited copies can remain for a short period in encrypted or operational backups until those backups rotate.

We may retain a file or related evidence longer where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, comply with law or resolve a support request. Account, transaction and tax records may be retained for the periods required by applicable law.

6. Service providers

We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, infrastructure, email, security, analytics, customer support and payments. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and are subject to contractual or legal safeguards.

Paddle may act as merchant of record and independently process checkout, payment, tax, fraud-prevention and buyer-support information under its own privacy documentation.

7. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor in connection with a corporate transaction. We may also disclose information where necessary to protect rights, safety, security or the integrity of the service.

8. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual clauses.

9. Security

We use proportionate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls and temporary file handling. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a unique password and avoid uploading material you are not authorized to process.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority.

To make a privacy request, email support@dryaudio.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

11. Children

DryAudio is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the relevant data processing or enter into the service agreement. Do not create an account on behalf of a child unless you are legally authorized to do so.

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, provider or legal changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.

13. Contact

Privacy questions may be sent to support@dryaudio.com.
